    Xbox one will disconnect from wifi under special circumstances


    Hi

    When playing the xbox one, I found that the Wi-Fi connection would sometimes be disconnected. I captured the air interface message and found that before each disconnection, the Xbox would receive a CSA message (channel switch announcement) sent by a neighboring AP (Not the one connected to the xbox).

    So I suspect that Xbox has an error in the process after receiving the CSA. Maybe there is a bug in the wifi driver

    Turning off my router is absolutely not an answer. I am not the only one that uses wifi, and not to mention turning off my router/internet to play a video game is just ridiculous to have to do under any circumstance.

    Maybe under special circumstances they will, but not if you are just bored of the game or you have completed it.

    If you want to trade games back in you should consider buying them on disc.

    You'll need to wait until the investigation is complete. I believe that under special circumstances, your account can be reverted back to your original region. However, please be patient as this is a very lengthy process.

    You were using a free service that was put in place under very special circumstances that is now limited more to paying customers
