    PLEASE HELP ME!! My account is gone?!?!?!!?!?!!?


    I don't know how it happened but my account got compromised and was seemingly deleted from existence. I know I had an account linked with my email through Xbox and I played on it every single day on Minecraft. Now it says that the account does not exist and when I try to recover it it says that the email is not recognized. However, When I try to go make a new account using that email it says that there is already an account associated with that email. I don't know how to get into my account so that I can recover my game and change the password to get it back. Please if anyone knows what I can do to fix this. Please let me know what to do. I am currently on my school account so that I can even access any of these pages since the contact phone number for Microsoft is useless and will not let me talk to an actual person.

    Xbox support doesn't handle things like suspensions or gamerscore resets, so they typically don't have the correct information on those.

    Gamerscore resets are permanent. There is no way to have it reversed. You would have to start over on a brand new account if you want to re-earn those achievements.
