    Minecoins not showing up


    I bought a minecraft gift card from walmart and followed the redemption instructions. I received a confirmation email that the download was available however the minecoins are not in my account. How can I get this resolved?

    If the Minecoins were purchased on your Microsoft account, chances are that your Minecoins is an Xbox version.

    To confirm the version of your Minecoins, you can sign in to your account on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history.

    In order to use the Minecoins on your 3rd party platform, you will need to purchase the Minecoins directly from the PSN store.

    (Note: Microsoft Xbox is a different platform to PlayStation)

    No worries, you can still request a refund by signing your account here on the refund webform link and follow the instructions:
