    Xbox not logging in my account


    Trying to log in a xbox microsoft account to my xbox and it will not log my account in. Tells me to login using my phone so I put in the code then says its logged me in on my phone but my xbox asks for a new password? And when I make a new password on my xbox it loads and puts me straight back to making new password again without telling me if there was an issue so I'm constantly trying to type in a new password but each time restarts the whole process without logging me in its very frustrating.

    What are you actually trying to do? Support can probably still access the account, but if it's permanently banned there would be no reason for them to.
