I got a permanent suspension on my account ,2 years ago for false accusations and never got...

What if some users report me for a false accusation, whether it’s an egrigous or communications offense, and results in a permanent suspension. Will the enforcement team be able to lift that suspension and suspend those accountable of doing such a thing?
The reason I ask this is because I’m much aware of the situtation of behaving properly and respecting the Code of Conduct. However, there are people who abuse the file complaint or report system and might get vulnerable people suspended from false accusations.

The suspension is permanent does this mean that ive lost $2000+ worth of content because of a false accusation?? im not satisfied woth the way this case is being treated

My suspension happened well over a month ago. It should've been gone by now, last time i got suspended was because of my pfp which got me banned permanently from the ambassadors program.

My account is currently in good conditon but two years ago I received a two week suspension fom XBL and permanent ban from gears of war 3 for no reason and I would like these lifted. I was in contact for a few months with gears support and never got a straight
answer.

I was just in xbox support chat and this was the link I was given to post in. Since they (Epic Games) wont give me a straight answer after a couple years I never thought to contact xbox support (figuring it was a gears issue).

Same issue and no information as to why. Was on a temp suspension and supposedly I got more complaints and that caused a permanent suspension, not sure why they didn't deal with the complaints if legitimate all at the same time and then I would not have
full permanent suspension. I never swear and am always abused and reported because people can't handle a better player so falsely report and abuse this ridiculous reputation and reporting system. I've spent loads of money on this tag and got account specific
add ons that are lost forever. This system is broken a d it's time Microsoft have a proper complaints team who actually deal with these situations professionally and fair. Getting suspension for basically nothing is unfair while I have helped have over 20
people suspended and reported many others but I'm the one banned now for noobs filling false reports. And can't even appeal as can't sign into enforcement page. IT'S A JOKE.
