Is microsoft.com/en-au/microsoftfeedback a legitimate feedback form, or a scam?

If it's from synovate-feedback.com then I believe it's legitimate. If it's from *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** (as an example) then it's highly likely to be a phishing scam. If in doubt then don't bother replying.

There is no scam. You were banned for a legitimate reason. Deal with it.

Thanks, sorry for the delayed reply. Please removed the code you posted to prevent the possibly of someone else seeing it and managing to redeem it. It appears the email you recieved was legitimate and not a scam.

If you have tried re entering it several times and you haven't redeemed it previously head here:
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us fill in the support form and hopefully it will be resolved for you.
