If this is the fake account, you're not going to be able to switch it.

You signed in with it on the MS sites and created a new Gamertag. As long as there is a tag, you won't be able to switch. Try creating a new MS account (don't sign in online) and then you should be able to change it on the console.

Once you download it you should be signed into the account you're using from the PC.

If you're wanting to use an account you already have on the Xbox, but you want to use your gmail to sign into it, you will have to use the link DangerousBard gave you to switch email addresses.

The Home setting is not automatically switched as soon as you sign into the new console. If you're the one setting it up, it will ask during set up if you want to make the console your Home. If uou want to leave the One as your Home, just say no.

When an App uses Xbox Live integration, it loads the account which is actively signed in to the Xbox App. Switch accounts

I would recommend you log into the Xbox app using the steps from the link provided above with the account you want to play with, and leave that Xbox App open when you attempt to sign into the app you want to play on. It should prompt you for that account.
