Why was I permanently banned and given 0 reason?

I was chilling on my PC with my Xbox account that has been very clean and straight with behavior with onky minor enforcements such as LFG takedowns for clan recruitment when all the sudden I am permanently banned with a 1 month console ban being issued and what I find ridiculously stupid is Xbox cannot even give me the reason as to why. I am hoping that this is just an error, glitch, or done by non-xbox players via some breach or hack but can anyone from Xbox give ne some insight? The Gamertag is Priev for those wondering.

Yea I get that but i’m being given 0 details on why i’ve been permanently banned and basically being told “submit a case review that’s going to get denied” is there any other way to get the account back

I find it hard to believe that MS is handing out permanent console bans for communication. What other reasons were given for your "friends" bans?

his screen shot shows 0 out of 8 strikes and even then 8 strikes is only a year ban, they have given him no reasons as to why he was banned which is immoral and completely wrong on so many levels.

Cause I wasn't even given an option to appel it during the time I was banned and i know for a fact i didnt use vulgar language when i spoke to someone i even have all the messages to prove it and the fact I was banned and not given a reason is highly unfair and uncalled for if I was given a reason why I would be ok with it and I know for a fact I was wrongfully banned and for it being a communication suspension and getting a promped saying its permanently suspended it caused me massive stress and anxiety for that whole week, and every ban a person receives should be given an option to appel it which I couldn't and it's now on my account record.
