Problems changing Name and activating Minecraft Multiplayer

Hi there,

even though I'm over eighteen now, I still can't change my name on my own because my parents still need to confirm the namechange.

Furthermore when I've started Minecraft the Multiplayer option is disabled and I need to get the Multiplayer allowed.

Is this normal or has there a Problem occured.

I've already checked that my Microsoft account is set to the correct birthdate, which it is.

OK, so we have managed to get rid of the parent controls, but I still can't enter Multiplayer, even though I have set the Multiplayer settings in my Microsoft account to be allowed

Im Having a similar problem. Do you know if there is a way to just change the gamer tag to a new one? I went on my Xbox profile and changed the name but the name hasn't changed on my Minecraft PS4.
