My account has been stolen, hacker changed password and mail.

if you have logged into the microsoft account then it has not been stolen, i would just change the password on the account and then if you choose to, close the account under microsoft account site.

Yeah, if something gets stolen, call the police. You'll also want to change the password(s) on your account(s) so they can't be accessed from the stolen Xbox. You may also wish to contact Support and report the stolen console/ accounts just in case credit
card info has been used, or something's been done on or to the account that would get it banned.

I have filled the recovery form my alternate email wasn't changed my Gmail has been recovered

But I the password isint changing its still sends the password recovery to the hackers email

The hacker hacked my mail, but I was able to return the hacked mail, but the hacker managed to change Activision's mail to his own, and now to restore my account, I need to log in to Activision through my xbox, which is linked to the hacked Activision
