    Hello Nedas,

I'm an Independent Advisor. Let me help you with your concern today. Please note that this is a public forum, I apologize for a delay in response.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issue with your capes. After redeeming, open Minecraft Bedrock and please try to sign out your Microsoft account then sign back in. Go to Dressing Room > Capes.

If you play on PC, after activating the capes in Bedrock try to restart your Minecraft Launcher and see if it will now show in your Java capes.

Please try to wait for a few hours after redeeming. If the cape will still not show up in both Bedrock and Java, please try to reach out to Minecraft support. https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/request/new...

I will be awaiting your response.

My Minecraft Java Home and Menace capes are STILL not in my account.

    Hi Attackeh,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you redeemed a Minecraft cape and it's not yet showing in your inventory.

Minecraft events and promotions often award capes that you can equip on your character to show your participation. After a cape is granted or you redeem a code, it appears in the dressing room of your Minecraft: Bedrock Edition profile. Capes are often granted to Minecraft: Java Edition profiles at a later date only after participation ends.

If you want to receive your cape on your Minecraft: Java Edition profile sooner, you can try to activate it by signing into Minecraft: Bedrock Edition. Here’s how:

Wait for notification that your cape was granted or redeem your code.

    Start the Minecraft Launcher.

Sign into the Launcher using the Microsoft account you use to play Minecraft.

Start the latest release of Minecraft: Bedrock Edition.

Select Dressing Room and locate your item in the appropriate section.

Exit Minecraft: Bedrock Edition after you verified that your item is available in the Dressing Room.

Sign out of the Minecraft Launcher and close the application.

Restart the Minecraft Launcher and sign in again with the same Microsoft account.

Select Minecraft: Java Edition in the Launcher.

    Select Skins.

Highlight the skin you are currently using.

    Click … and select Edit.

Click your cape and select Save & Use.

It is important that you sign out and restart to make sure Minecraft: Java edition reconnects and finds your cape. If the process above doesn't work, you may need to wait until the official Minecraft: Java Edition cape grant after the event or promotion end date.

    Regards,

    Alvaro

    My Minecraft founders cape disappeared

    Hi 4mlevvy!

Thanks for reaching Microsoft Community. We're here to help and let's work on this together.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your Minecraft founder's cape. One possible reason for this issue is that the founder's cape may have been removed from your account due to a violation of the Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA). Another possible reason is that there may be a syncing issue between your Microsoft account and your Minecraft account.

To resolve this issue, I recommend that you try the following steps:

    1. Check your Minecraft account settings to see if the founder's cape is still listed as one of your owned capes. If it is not, then it may have been removed from your account.

    2. If the founders cape is still listed as one of your owned capes, try logging out of your Minecraft account and then logging back in. This may help to refresh the syncing between your Microsoft account and your Minecraft account.

    3. If the issue persists, you can contact Minecraft support for further assistance. They may be able to help you recover your founder's cape or provide more information about why it may have been removed from your account.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.

    Greetings,

    RodelioP.
