Could you please help me sign into Minecraft?

I can’t sign into minecraft and play realms with my friends because I keep on getting the same error message no matter what I try. It says “Oops! Looks like the Microsoft account you are trying to use is already connected to another account for PlayStation Network. Please sign in with a Microsoft account that is not already linked to an account for PlayStation Network.” I have tried multiple emails, and even made a new email just to play minecraft. Even with the new email I got the same error saying the Microsoft account was already linked to a PlayStation Network account. I never made a PlayStation Network account with the new email. Please help me I’ve spent countless hours trying to solve this, on multiple occasions, it’s very frustrating.

I understand you wanted to link your Microsoft/Minecraft new account on your PS. It seems that your PSN had already connected to a Microsoft/Minecraft account before which is why you cannot log in on your new Microsoft/Minecraft account.

Please note that only one Microsoft account can be associated with any PlayStation account at any one time. Neither the Microsoft or PlayStation Network accounts can be associated with a different account.

Tried numerous times now keep getting spun in a circle by the bot on web chat and I have no idea how to sort this out so can stop it from occurring again. Could you please check on your end, i tried to purchase Xbox game pass ultimate. Said there was a problem on your end try again later. I did, it did not work. serval times after that. Eventually it did. but the times it did not was charged to my contract sim card (Three) and these charges occurred on my monthly bill. I'm sure I am able to send a copy of my bill via email if needed.
