    Cannot play minecraft multiplayer


    Hi, I’m having issues connecting to my friend who is playing on xbox for minecraft. she plays perfectly fine with other people on minecraft but i cannot join her world and she cannot join mine. i have tried making sure there’s no updates needed, i have restarted my switch, deleted and re downloaded minecraft, i have a switch online membership, she has an xbox core membership. i am not sure what to do next and im very confused. when we try to connect both ways it says unable to connect, to check internet setting and restart minecraft
