    Hello Microsoft,

    I have a problem with buying Minecraft. every time I try to purchase the game I get a message with this text: Contact us at Microsoft Support. We’re having trouble processing your payment, and we’d like to get it sorted out.

    can you please help me with this problem to buy the game.
