    Microsoft edge isn't working properly on my Xbox one.


    Everytime I go onto Microsoft edge on my xbox it isn't working, the screen keeps fluctuating up and down meaning I can't click on anything and the mouse icon dissappears sporadically and won't re appear. How do I solve this issue?

    Same black screen. Power display shows on, my Tv HDMI input shows receiving signal but black screen on xbox. Home button shows it’s there and option to turn console off or controller off but that is all I can do. Smh !

    So I was advised to factory reset my xbox which i have done which requires the system to update, it's not doing so....
