    Issues with Call of Duty Cold War


    I just reinstalled Call of Duty: Cold War after not having it on my hard drive since I had an XS. I thought I needed to install the Series X version for this new console so I purchased the cross console version. It will load to the main menu but as soon as I select start it pops up a message to purchase what the game includes. I selected purchase and it states that I already own it with what looks to be a code or web address of some sort. Multiple tries and nothing has changed.

    Anyone know when the update to stop series x shutting down and crashing is coming out?

    Does it happen with a certain game in particular? I know this is a known issue with Call of Duty: Cold War.

    Hi!

    Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:
