I have redeem my Minecraft McDonalds code, but i wont give the grimace skin

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Can you confirm how long has it been since you redeemed the Grimace skin? As long as you see the skin on your order history (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders) then it should show up on your inventory.

If you haven't done it yet, please do try signing out your Microsoft account then sign back in. Then, go to Marketplace > My Content > Skins. You can try to set the filter to "Newest first" so that your new skins will show up first.

You can also try to clear the Marketplace cache to see if that will help. Go to Settings > Storage > Clear Marketplace Cache. After this, restart the game and please check if the skin will still not show up.

They were only minecoins, theres nothing on here about texture and skin packs, I never redeemed a code for the packs they just came with my Minecraft.

I checked and there was no transaction indeed

However I did try to redeem code again, it said my code has been redeemed

My code not only provides 3 months gold member and a weapon skin

I have the weapon skin in my account not the member...

Since the Xbone is gonna be advertising focused it only makes sense to have mascots from sponsors. We could have Ronald and Grimace from McDonalds, The King from BK, The Dairy Queen, that weird guy from Jack in the Box, a Cool Ranch Dorito, ect ect. I think
it's a fantastic plan.
