What is the site it claims you need to use? Please give as much detail as to what you're trying to do

I'm Jen, a Windows user just like you. I'm not working for Microsoft but I'd be happy to help you figure this out.

I understand you're unable to visit a site. To disable the feature, your age must be updated in your account or your account should be removed from the Microsoft family. However, you can ask your parents to try reinstalling the Xbox family app to see if the notification will work. Also, you can ask them to change the website filter setting or add the specific website you're trying to visit to the allowed list so you won't need to ask permission again.

Try using the site in incognito mode or enabling pop-ups on that site.

If you're trying to purchase something that costs more than what you have in your Currency Stored Value (CSV), then you'll need to use a different payment method.

If you'd like to split the payment between say, a credit card, and the remainder of your CSV, you can do that too. Simply select your credit card as the payment instrument to be used for the purchase, and you'll get a pop-up that asks if you want to use
whatever's in your CSV.
