Let me explain.

I am a part of a roleplay community, and a teen I know well invited me to a party. He greeted me, then proceeded to ask me if I could say very offensive and f*scist comments. I declined, asking him to leave me alone or I would block him. He then proceeded to threaten me with an Internet Protocol pull. The really bad part is, he’s done it in front of me, more than two times.

I, genuinely shocked, accepted, sacrificing a year of Xbox Live for my private address. I had to do it. If I didn’t, I would’ve been compromised. I didn’t have any power in this situation, I didn’t want to be doxxed. I did what anyone would have done in that situation. I wanted life and safety over Xbox, my friends, my loved one, and my joy.

I’m not sure what I should do now. I’ve blocked him, reported, and tried to move on. But I can’t leave. I can’t forget my relationships. I’m in a very bad place, mentally, and I can’t get over this.

No one is behind the screen in the Enforcement. I’ve submitted an appeal, but I’ve been denied. Welcome to the end of happiness, where artificial intelligence (or a lazy staff member clicking the ‘deny’ button) is pulling people out of friendships due to complicated situations that are more than they seem at a glance.

Please learn from this, Xbox.

You should have reported the individual and disengaged.

he has no way of threatening you simply based on your IP address, it's an empty threat

if you feel that you're in danger you should call the police

If you wish to appeal your suspension you'll have to go to https://enforcement.xbox.com. No one here or at support can have any affect on suspensions or other enforcement actions

But why am I even being suspended without any evidence against me in the first place? That means he can report anyone who beats him in a game and they will get suspended instantly.

There's no time limit on when you can get suspended for an offence so technically you could get suspended for something you did years ago.

Due to the time it takes to investigate any report that is filed it is extremely rare for anyone to get suspended instantly so as Sara said,you would of been suspended for something you did weeks ago.

On rare occasions you may get a thank you message if someone receives enforcement action due to a report you've filed but the majority of the time you are not told the result of any report you file so do not know whether someone has been suspended or not.

Have you had this resolved? I finally spoke to someone on live chat who gave me a different link to request a refund. Apparently this way doesn’t get rejected instantly by a computer, but actually gets looked into by an actual person.

Last i looked all of europe wasnt germany, that was kinda the point of ww1 and 2 wasn't it?

UK gets shafted so much its not funny anymore(never was) they used to blame languages but last i checked we spoke english in england. surely a better solution would be to release an english version that the french, germans etc can choose to DL if they want
then later bring out a multilingual as a patch. last i checked english is taught in german schools and imagine its same in france/spain etc. my german nephew for instance can speak english better than a lot of ppl in britain (chavs)
