How to reinstate an Microsoft account after its been locked for verification?

Hi, I’m reaching out for help because I’ve been locked out of my Xbox/Microsoft account for the past two weeks, and I’ve had no success recovering it.

Up until two weeks ago, everything was working fine. I had no problems signing in — the password and email were working perfectly. Then, out of nowhere, Microsoft locked the account and started asking me to verify the email. The issue is, I no longer have access to that email, and I’m not sure if it’s even still active.

I’ve submitted the recovery request form multiple times over the last two weeks and have received no response at all. I even spoke with a live Microsoft representative, but they simply told me to keep filling out the form and wait — which I’ve done, with no update or resolution.

This account is very important to me. I’ve had it for years and it has my Xbox subscription and data tied to it. I’m frustrated and just looking for some real support or a way to escalate this.

If the initial process did not work for you, check your account status or reactivate your account by going to the Microsoft services account reset page. Note that this is different from the account recovery form:

After filling out and submitting the form, please allow Microsoft to review the information that you shared for at least 24-72 hours. Please monitor the contact email address that you used, including the junk and the spam folder for possible response.

Microsoft account To protect against fraud or abuse, Microsoft temporarily locks accounts when unusual activity occurs. To unlock your account, simply sign in to your Microsoft account and follow the instructions to get a security code. If you can't get a security code, or if your security code isn't working, go to When you can't sign in to your Microsoft account and follow the instructions under Can't get a verification code.

So i think my account is not permantly but temporarily lock (but i can't get the verification code so i need to use reinstatment form)

Account reinstatement form is for accounts that doesn't have 2 steps verification, accounts that have 2 steps verification don't need it as those should be able to use the account verification method

I mean i made a feedback to let's people who use Account Reinstatment can unlock their Account even if there is Two Step Verification. Make no sense they can't unlock an Accoun seriously we only activate TSV to don't let's people who don't work With Microsoft to nt get access to our Account but Microsoft should access to Account even if there is Two Step Verification.
