Xbox controllers not working on PC xbox app

    Xbox controllers not working on PC xbox app


    I'm on the latest version of windows 11 and just recently just the xbox app does not detect my xbox controllers. I have a wired one, and wireless serires x/s controller that both work on everything but the xbox app. Both work on my xbox series X/S and are up to date. Uninstalled and reinstalled and even have xbox accessories app and still won't work on the xbox app itself.

    No im usign the xbox app on mincrosoft and on my phone is working the controller on xbox game cloud but on my pc even with bluetooth it dont work on the xbox app

    unfortunately as ps4 and 5 controller don't use xinput they wont work these days, ps controllers work fine with most other games on pc except xbox provided content, ds4 sometimes works with windows store and xbox app games, in regards to using it over the xbox companion app, then your now out of luck and microsoft are a bit petty.

    How can I Charge Controller on Win 10 PC but still play on my Xbox One?

    When a cord is connected to the Xbox One controller it turns off the wireless function to work as a wired controller. Because of this the suggestion of using a USB wall charger
    WILL NOT work.

    The only way that you can use your Xbox One Controller on a W10 PC and play Xbox whilst charging the controller at the same time is to stream the game to your PC with the Xbox App if your PC meets the minimum requirements for it. If you don't want to do
    this then the only thing to do is just connect a USB directly from your Xbox to your controller

    Yes, all up to date. And weirdly enough.. i've installed the PC Gamepass App on my Windows Laptop... AND the controller does not work on their either. Strange! This controller works fine if i use the XBox Gamepass app via android devices.
