    Hey! There is currently an outage affecting the Xbox Store. You may have trouble accessing it at the moment. This is currently being investigated.

    If I could access the account that was made with the alias, I could, but I cannot. I get emails of points purchases, but I cannot actually access the account, not that I actually want to, as it's not mine.

    I cannot access that type of thing If you are trying to do such a thing I would suggest contacting a xbox support for that ambassadors are volunteers so we cannot access such things

    Minecraft Launcher not recognizing my owned games

    I just accessed it with the old launcher and it was able to recognize that I own Minecraft Java Edition. However, I cannot access Minecraft for Windows with that launcher and thus I cannot play Windows Edition.
