so true i forgot my password and email and it dosnt alow me to change to username thats linked

The easiest way to reset the password would be to go to

account.live.com/acsr

and try to recover the account.

The way you. Rectify this is by using the email assigned to his account then you go to the forgot my password icon and click on that to reset the password which your son will be emailed about to go through the steps of fixing his password. You can also
