    Can't make appeal or contact support for unjustified suspension


    Haven't had the chance to play with all of my friends in a while because of my insane work schedule. Finally negotiate 2 days off and we were going to play one of our regular games because of a new update with a new character. Played one match with a friend to try it out before everyone got online. It was incredibly buggy and we stopped playing because we knew everyone would be playing the broken character. The game posted in the Friends & Community Updates section stating they were investigating an issue where Xbox players couldn't sign in. I commented stating "I just played a match an hour ago. Didn't realize there was an issue signing in. Played one match against (new character) and they are really buggy. Figured everyone just stopped playing after the first game." I don't understand why this comment would be removed but it would be less of a bother than completely banning me from talking, messaging, and playing with my friends during my rare days off. The suspension period isn't long enough for an appeal and contacting support isn’t even an option for this issue. I've had my account for over 12 years with 0 enforcements against my name. Why would I get such a severe punishment or punished at all for something I don't even understand?!

    Why can't I appeal a gamerpic suspension?

    Some suspensions can't be appealed due to their length.

    By the time the appeal was investigated the suspension would be over.

    Support are nothing to do with enforcement & can not help.

    Your warning is the ToU/CoC you agree to when starting your account.

    so you have a console suspension which is not appeal able

    You will have to contact support to find the end date

    Served time for communication ban and abuse ban, still can’t talk to anyone

    It's possible you have had your suspension extended due to other violations of the ToU/CoC being discovered.

    If it's extended to 100 day suspension it won't show on the enforcement site & can't be appealed.

    You can contact support
    here     & they should be able to tell you if your suspension has been extended but can not do anything about it.

    It doesn't seem to me that I look at the inconsistencies that exist and one cannot communicate with them, besides how it will be that for some people who complain one has permanent suspension and in the console it says only suspension is an error can be clearly seen.
