I want you guys to know I've been a loyal customer for 25 years and I don't know who's in charge of the enforcement or who I have to contact but I NEVER GOT YOUR EMAIL AND YOU JUST DENIED IT WITHOUT SPEAKING TO ME LIKE WHAT THE ****! I have the accounts that YOU LISTENED TO to have me suspended and they are the real people that should have been suspended because of them I got not only edos they had unsportsmanlike behavior in your community by harassing me three hours straight , turn off my internet and each of them did it for the xbox user undonemaiden now this is the accounts im sending that made the false reports over a auto correct I wasn't trying to call undonemaiden a **** supporter it auto correct when I was trying to say pick a supporter on the xbox app so please RELEASE ME FROM THE SUSPENSION YOU GUYS HAVE TO MAKE IT RIGHT

The enforcement team do not use the forums. If you submitted an appeal and they denied it, there is nothing else you can do.

I figured becuase I was with support for 6 days but thats the funny thing I never even got to appeal it the system glitches out on me 3 times and before I could submit it already denied it

This is what I liken it to.

MS wants live to be rated E for everyone.

There is a kids arcade type place here in the USA called Chuck E Cheese. Which obviously is supposed to be rated E for everyone.

If you were to walk into a place like this and curse at someone they would ask you to leave also. Remember this the suspension system is a reaction system they only react when someone reports someone else for breaking the rules so if someone is harassing
you and you do not report the harassment then the enforcement team is not going to know to suspend them.

Just because someone reports you as long as you have done nothing that violates the code of conduct then you do not have to worry about being suspended. This is called a false report and if someone sends to many false reports to the enforcement team then
they could have an enforcement action put against them too.

As a gamer all you can do is report the harassing account or block it from further harassment.

After that keep playing as every report gets investigated before a decision is taken

That being said Sony has basically the same rules when it comes to protect their gaming community from harassment or false reporting!
