What is wrong with this world? Why the constant run around?

I wish that the world would stop complicating things that have no reason to be that way. There were probably 3 jobs created in regards to being able to help me with me situation, when it never should have included anyone other than the 1 who's able to actually resolve your inquiry. I understand that things can be accomplished through the various channels but who has time for this? A simple 15 minutes of 1 on 1 time and it could more often than not, be handled. Even with the insane amounts of wait time you'd experience, it would still be faster in the long run and 100% more effective. I apologize but am unhappy with the support that I have received in trying to resolve unauthorized charges on my account.

Well done. I gave up on love chat after they asked me to repeat the same things I’d already done multiple times yet again.

Hopefully someone will get a better solution. In a world of constant game updates it’s a rather big faff switching it all around.

The fact we’ve gone through these steps and are posting on here means we’re some of the more technology confident ones. Imagine how many other are out there wondering what the hell is wrong with their xboxes.
