RIG 700 PRO HX not making any sound on XBOX Series S.

For us to isolate your issue, please let me know the exact model of the headset that you are using.
Does this happen when connected wirelessly or wired?

You mentioned that you've tried some troubleshooting steps, to avoid repeating those, please share the steps that you have taken already.

My favs to use are Plantronics RIG 500 hx and SteelSeries Arctis. Excellent quality sound and build and no muffled speech! Both are also capable of surround sound too which is excellent on some games like PUBG and Gears.

I'm using RIG 400 HX and i'm in love with this headset. Maybe in near future I'll buy RIG 800 LX

I have already seen several users with the same problem, apparently it is a generic problem that several people are having, the best thing I can recommend at this time is to help Microsoft by reporting the problem.

Click the green "Report" button and fill out the information as detailed as possible.

This way, Xbox will know there is a problem and can work to fix it as soon as possible.

Sometimes Xbox doesn't do good with Bluetooth headphones But they are good Headphones 👍
