    What do I do to transfer data without losing it


    I just got my new Xbox and i got a question about it it says “your other Xbox console is taking a long time to sync to the cloud do I want to try again or sync last saved data “ but I don’t want the second option because I don’t wanna lose my stuff on my Fortnite acct and that my old Xbox (Xbox one) is currently out of commission And idk how to get my stuff to transfer without losing my stuff

    I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

    Please try to test connecting your console to another network and check if the same problem occurs, you could configure your smartphone as a Mobile Hotspot and connect your console to that network.

    With a transfer cable??? DO NOT DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your friend will lose all of his data because when you use a transfer cable to a device such as your HDD to your friends. When you transfer, ALL data on your friends HDD will be formatted and disappear

    The data transfer cable will not plug into the Halo hard drive. The transfer cable evidently cannot tranfer dater from a console with an internal hard drive to another console with an internal hard drive. I will have to transfer my data to an older external
