    Go over to video fidelity and over scan and check the HDMI box. If your input supports 60hz then you will have no problem scanning up to 60fps on recording... Go get those clips

    I also have the same question as you. However, the option for FPS other than 30 isn't available currently. Some ways you can record in 60FPS is by using your Xbox DVR on any Windows 10 device and streaming your Xbox screen on to your monitor and recording
    it from there in 60FPS. Or just buy a 1080p 60FPS capture card...

    will the one x be unlocked on games with fps caps when the new consoles arrive?

    series s will struggle on demanding games to keep 60fps at 1080p. the series x will struggle to keep 60fps at 4k thats for sure. the series x will be ok at 120fps at 1080 and most likely 1440.

    it will connect at 120hz but i think most games will target 60fps 1440 as the xbox one struggled to get 40fps in some games and xbox one x struggled to maintain 60fps most of the time.

    You'll need a large TV to fully enjoy it. Problem with the game is that enemies shoot you from so far away, unless you have a scoped weapon then you aren't really going to be having fun on such a small screen. I had a 32" at the time, that was good enough.
    Friends struggled with accuracy on smaller screens.

    you cant record screen tear as it happens on your screen unless you film your screen with a camera, screen tear is if you getting a lower frame rate that what your display is getting, thats where vrr comes in.

    that game looks to be playing at 60fps, makes my eyes hurt hence why i play at 100+ all the time, mostly 144. what screen are you using.
