My Minecraft Realms keeps crashing and I don't know what todo.

Let's perform troubleshooting steps on your console, but please let me know if you have already performed the steps so we can proceed to the next steps needed.

If an external hard drive is plugged into your console, please unplug it so we can determine what is causing this issue. Please do not plug in your external hard drive while we perform troubleshooting steps.

Please follow the steps to Power Cycle your Console:

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

Once you have done this, please check if you encounter the same issue again. If the issue persists, please continue performing troubleshooting steps on your console.

Please follow these steps, but don't worry; you won't lose anything as long as your console is connected to the internet. Please be reminded that resetting your console will remove the accounts currently signed in on your console, but you can add them back, and you will need to set the account as Home Xbox if there are any.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.

3. Select Reset console.

4. Reset and Keep my games & apps.

Once done, kindly check if you encounter the same issue.

Minecraft keeps crashing my Xbox

I'll just be playing on my Minecraft world and it will randomly crash the entire Xbox. Then I will have to start it up again and go through the whole start up screens as if I restarted it. I have found no pattern to these crashes, they happen on all my worlds,
friends worlds, and at random times. It crashes whether I have friends in the game or I'm by myself. It only happens with Minecraft. I've uninstalled the game several times, cleared my cache, download my data on a hardrive and reinstalled from the cloud, but
the problem stilk persists. Please help, Thank you!

What version of xbox one are you using the last minecraft update fixed some crashes but i freeze randomly on realm and local worlds as well. Im useing a "s"

I don't think it's new. It may be something to do with Realms or something. I can't keep up with everything they keep putting in Minecraft.

I'm having a similar problem but it keeps saying my realm is outdated. I've updated my game, and tried downloading the world to replace it; the downloading keeps crashing. I don't want to have wasted 10 dollars. I hope you get your stuff fixed

What you are seeing is intended as worlds created on individual devices are created locally and accessible when the creator is logged in on that device, but they are not sustained online and therefore not accessible if the creator is offline on the device
that created the world.

What you are referring to for the persistent world is a Realm.

Realms allow a world to be maintained online even without the host and owner being signed in or on the device that locally created it.

Realms are not stored locally like standard worlds and thus would be accessible from any invited account or the owner from any device.

Specifically "Minecraft Better Together Update lets you start on console and keep playing on mobile"

There is no mention at all about needing a Realms subscription. Even if the Realms subscription wasn't mentioned, wasn't this feature already available through Realms?

The majority of my time spent playing Minecraft is at home with my kids where we are all on LAN. No Realms or Gold subscription needed for that. I would just like the ability to play that same world from my Android device when I am away from the Xbox console
without unnecessary subscriptions.
