Discus and support disc not launching game not downloading xbox360 in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Neither college hoops 2k7 or 6 will launch or download on my xbox 360.     disc not launching game not downloading xbox360


    Neither college hoops 2k7 or 6 will launch or download on my xbox 360. All other discs work just fine no issues. my disc tray is not getting stuck or anything like that. I have tried to clean rhe discs the hard drive port and the disc tray but nothing has changed. Also ive tried all the obvious things like unplugging and replugginh the console in and turning it off and on. Im so lost.

    Backwards compatibility question

    If you owned the digital download version of the games u had for the xbox360 you should be able to download them to your xbox one for free and also if they're on the backwards compatibilty list..If you only had these games on disc then unfortunately you
    will physically need the xbox360 disc for these games to work via backwards compatibilty..Hope I've explained myself well enough for you..

    Check in your download history on the Xbox360. Go to settings - account - download history, scroll down to the game, and start the download. Also make sure you are logged in with the account that was used to purchase it. If it doesn't show in your download
    history, then you may have purchased the game on disc. If so, then you will have to either find the disc or purchase the game again to play it.
