View your Achievements on the Xbox Website?

I'm sorry to hear about this issue. Yes, that's correct. Achievements can no longer be viewed online. However, if I recall correctly, they were previously accessible through Xbox profile on the website. Hopefully, Microsoft will consider bringing this feature back in future updates.

In the meantime, I recommend submitting feedback through the Xbox Insider Hub app on your Xbox or via the Xbox Insiders Reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/xboxinsiders/wiki/ideas/.

Any updates to report?

I have been sent an email requesting me to send feedback on the support forums. Whilst I have had a response on here and all people I have had responses from via chat, email and forum support, I have not had any response stating what may be the cause.
Any ideas at all?

I assume that the feedback email is generic.
