Why won’t my custom image not upload to the Xbox network?

I noticed that you are having problems trying to modify your Xbox profile picture.

I'd like to try to offer you some suggestions.



Please understand that sometimes these types of issues can also be due to temporary server failures that prevent your profile picture from updating properly, since this community has received quite a few reports from players regarding this issue.



And all the troubleshooting is to get closer to the truth of the issue.

Where is the problem occurring? Is it uploading or loading the updated picture?

Please try the following steps to see if the problem persists:

Try changing your gamerpic to an Xbox preset avatar instead of the custom avatar you are trying to change, and subsequently try changing it to a custom avatar again.

You can check the issue by trying a few more pictures and trying to connect your mobile device to a different network environment to try it out.



If the problem persists, we'll have to consider whether there is a temporary glitch in the Xbox service in question.

Unfortunately, as members of this community, we do not participate in the development or maintenance of the service, so we are unable to participate directly in the investigation of this issue.

The relevant teams need to be made aware of the issue and investigate, so please help us by reporting information about the issue.

There isn't a official date as the covid-19 is not allowing workers to go in and do all of the jobs that are needed so they have decided to cut back on some features.

I hope it will be back when everything turning back to normal after the covid19 crisis is over. But there is no offical date or something right now.
