Wrongfully suspended

Hello I was wrongly suspended on Xbox for sending this message to a few people on a day z server “Hey in 1 of the green houses in ropka next police station i planted and left tomatos and peppers and garden slime 4 the next person to have just passing it on im in an orange puffa if you ever see me”

I cannot appeal it or submit a case review. I’ve been suspended for 2days.. I tried to speak to support and ofcourse they wouldn’t and couldn’t do anything.. I’m a streamer and earn my wage through streaming so a 2 days suspension is costly.. the weekends are when I can play longer and later and that’s been thrown out the window.. I’ve emailed the ceo and the vice president of Xbox due to this being unlawful and unfair. I’ve noticed Xbox enforcement are lacking brains recently and have been suspending the wrong things and the wrong people.. it is disturbing and frustrating for us people who do nothing wrong. If anyone has any contact information that I can have to contact people that would be much appreciated

I've been wrongfully suspended as well with no way to dispute it or contact the enforcement team to make them aware of this issue

Update: I have found out I have been banned for marketplace theft. Really?? Please put in a link on players’ homepages to where there are more details about this.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. A case review would be the only way to contact them. If a case review is not available, then all you can do is wait it out.

to assist with enforcement actions.

I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for more information regarding Bans/Suspensions. If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.

The absolute best way to deal with those people is to not respond, block, and report. They just try to find any excuse to get you riled up and send a nastygram back.
