How can I recover a closed Microsoft account?

My daughter once had a Mojang account. She was forced to migrate it to Microsoft, even though she doesn't do anything else that needs a Microsoft account.

When her Minecraft account stopped working, she discovered it was because her Microsoft account got closed. How can we get it back?

The email that is on the account. Have you ever tried and make the email? if not go ahead and give it a shot. If you cant verify yourself with a code there is another option to select and that is I don't use these anymore, and you will have to fill out a
form. If you succeed go ahead and reset your password, do not enable 2 step verification. IF you do not succeed go ahead and contact support so they can assist you further in the issue. here you go as well:
