Why can't I join any Minecraft server using Vi Sim's cellular data?

Could that be the problem why I can’t host multiplayer worlds, using cellular data?

Go to Settings > Mobile Data, tap Set Up Personal Hotspot, then follow the on-screen instructions. If you've set up iPhone to use two SIM cards, the personal hotspot will use the line you've selected for cellular data.
