Why can't I play Minecraft Java even though I have owned Minecraft Bedrock for years?

I own and have been playing Minecraft Bedrock for years even paying for Realms monthly but every time I try to play Java, it tells me that I need to buy Java. Shouldn't I be able to redeem Java since I already own Bedrock edition on a Microsoft account? If there is any way to fix this please let me know. Thanks.

I have followed these steps and still face the same problem. It still asks me to purchase the game even though I already own Minecraft Bedrock.

Sign out of your account in the Microsoft Store and the Xbox app, then sign back in and see if the issue persists.

If the issue persists, I recommend that you contact Minecraft support, they can help better with problems related to the game;

The Xbox edition of Minecraft in the screenshot is still the Bedrock edition, is it not? I should have access to Java through owning the Bedrock edition, and I don't understand why I wouldn't be able to play it if I played Java in the past with my Microsoft account without having to buy Java.

I have tried this already and it does not work.

The problem is that when Iog into microsoft and look at my owned games, it appears that my microsoft account does not own minecraft java edition and only owns the bedrock edition, even though i've been playing Java edition on it daily up till now.
