My other account has been locked out and it wont let me back in, I keep sending emails, but...

my other email is @ntlworld.com but it wont let me send the verify email to that one

Sorry if you cant access that main email address you wont be able to change it. It will send corresponding emails to that account and if your locked out you wont be able to access them.

What blows my mind is that they send the code to your secondary email. Why cant they just send it to your main email, just like every other normal site out there. It’s a yahoo email so the passwords are different. Then if i choose phone number to have
them text me a code it says its already linked to an account. My account... which I can log into just fine. I’m literally trying to give microsoft money and they wont let me.

My guess is they will not send out a email simply because if your account has been taken you might not see the email anyway. There is no point in them letting the other party know they are checking into it. Like I said thats just my guess.
