That is good that your security information is up to date. You're not using another Microsoft account for the launcher and everything else?

If not, then you could try restarting the computer and seeing if this clears anything up.

Thanks for answering, I think i’ve updated my security information but i didn’t see anyone suspicious in there, there were a couple of tries to enter in the account, and one of them was from Albany, but they were blocked. I don’t know why tho my microsoft store, xbox live and minecraft launcher still don’t work.

Please can you tell me if you are able to sign into your security page here: Additional security options?

If you can, please update your security information and remove any information that doesn't belong to you. This will prevent the hacker from being able to gain access to your account again once you have reset your password.

Nope I just put my email and then when he asks me for the password and it put it, it says it’s wrong, I can try to let you see what I see when I try that

Xbox can't hand over email information nor the password to an account because of people attempting to gain access to accounts like this.
