Moderator unfair treatment

When questioned asked and modertor is unfair and shoots you down. Why is able to lock a thread when you point out same problem and he just says one thing and locks his thread. What I’m asking since it’s happen to me is we should need two or more fair moderator's to close thread that isn’t the moderator himself. I was moderator on Xbox reports of gamers moderators for unfair. This is why they close the app. I think we need two moderators to read and decide if the app should be locked when another moderator wrote and gets upset his answer stand and locks you out for asking legit question and responding to his answer which is totally wrong

Threads are locked for various reasons. The thread you asked a question in was old. It's against forum guidelines to bump old yhreafs. Therefore, it was locked correctly. If you have a question, please start your own thread.

As a paying customer of microsoft and xbox this is unfair and unjust treatment of a cusromer, i didnt pay for 11 menths a two weeks of xbox live i paid for 12 so i dont exept to be banned for two weeks for absolutely nothing this is unfair

I was unfairly banned and I know exactly why. I encountered a troll while playing an online competitive game. This guy was abusing a bug to cause players on my team to crash. I sent him messages telling him about the bug and to stop abusing it. After
I crashed twice he sent me some smug emojis and I called him a [Mod Removed - Inappropriate]. I then reported him and explained the entire situation in the report. I was the one who got banned.

Yes, I shouldn't have said that, and yes, I regret getting baited. But come on! Your policy says context matters and you look at all the evidence when banning. This feels more like an auto ban than anything else. And I can't even have it reviewed
because it's only for 1 day... I've been a loyal Xbox customer for over 15 years. I deserve better treatment than this!

It really does come down to, no matter what was said or done to start the situation. What matters is how you chose to respond. The evidence is that you chose to knowingly violate the code of conduct, wrongfully thinking "But he started it" is a valid defense.

Also, there is no such thing as an auto ban, all reports are reviewed by enforcement agents.

I sympathise with you as you were coaxed into reacting but in future you should just report and block anyone giving you abuse
