Paid for Minecraft Realms, have an Active subscription, but it shows up as Expired in game.

    Hello again,
I understand you've already taken several steps to address the issue with your Minecraft Realms subscription showing as expired despite having paid for it. Since Mojang Support no longer handles Realms issues, here are some additional steps you can try:

    1. Contact Microsoft Support:

As Mojang Support directed you, reach out to Microsoft Support for further assistance with your Realms subscription.
Explain the issue in detail, including the payment confirmation, troubleshooting steps you've tried, and any error messages encountered.
They should be equipped to investigate the discrepancy between your account status and the expired Realms in-game.
    2. Check for server issues:

While less likely, there might be temporary server issues affecting your specific Realms server.
Check online resources like https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status:">https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status and social media for updates on any ongoing Minecraft Realms server issues.
    3. Check for conflicting software:

Occasionally, other software or security programs on your computer might interfere with the Minecraft Launcher or Realms connection.
Try temporarily disabling firewalls, antivirus software, or other programs that might be causing conflicts.
Re-launch the Minecraft Launcher and see if the Realms status has changed.
    4. Gather additional information:

Collect any relevant information that might help identify the source of the issue.
This could include screenshots of your payment confirmation, error messages, and system information (OS version, etc.).
Having this information readily available will assist Microsoft Support in their investigation and resolution process.
    5. Be patient and persistent:

Troubleshooting technical issues can sometimes take time, especially when dealing with complex systems like online subscriptions.
Remain patient and persistent in your communication with Microsoft Support, providing them with all the necessary details to resolve the issue effectively.
Remember to document your conversations with both Mojang and Microsoft Support for future reference. By utilizing these additional steps and staying persistent, you should be able to get your Minecraft Realms subscription working again soon.

Hello and welcome to our community!

We’re excited to have you here and have great conversations! I'd be happy to be of assistance.

I'm sorry to hear about this issue. Could you check if your subscription appears as active here https://account.microsoft.com/services? If it does, please ensure you're signing in with the correct account. You can also try signing out, restarting your device, and signing back in to see if that resolves the issue.

If the above steps don't work, I recommend reaching out to Xbox Support for further assistance https://support.xbox.com/en-us/contact-us.

Please note that this is an online public forum, and while we help fellow gamers by sharing our knowledge and experiences, we do not have access to any accounts.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you have further questions or need assistance. Thanks!

Paid for Minecraft Realms, have an Active subscription, but it shows up as Expired in game.

Verified that i am on the correct account. Verified that the payment went through a week ago. Relaunched the launcher and restarted my computer. Used both Curseforge and the normal launcher. Reinstalled the launcher. None of this worked. I did contact Minecraft support but they no longer handle Realms issues since its now Microsoft.

Hello, Teaflings my name is oskayra I am an independent advisor and player like you I hope I can help solve your problem today

I understand that you're experiencing an issue with your Minecraft Realms subscription despite having paid for it. It's frustrating when something you've paid for doesn't work as expected. Let's explore some solutions to resolve this:

    Check your account:

Verify that you're logged in to the correct Microsoft account associated with your Minecraft Realms subscription.
Double-check your purchase history on the Microsoft account page to confirm the billing and subscription status.
Ensure the payment method used for the subscription is valid and has sufficient funds.
    Restart the game and launcher:

Close Minecraft and the Minecraft Launcher completely.
Relaunch the Minecraft Launcher and log in again.
Try accessing your Realms again to see if the status has changed.

    Force-update your Realms:

    Open the Minecraft Launcher.
Click on "Minecraft Realms" in the left sidebar.
Right-click on your Realm and select "Force Update."
This might help synchronize your local information with the server and resolve any discrepancies.

    Reinstall the Minecraft Launcher:

Uninstall the Minecraft Launcher completely from your PC.
Download and install the latest version of the Minecraft Launcher from the official website: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download

Explain the issue in detail, including the error message you're encountering, the date of your purchase, and any troubleshooting steps you've already tried.
They can investigate the issue further and provide specific solutions or escalate it to their technical teams.

Minecraft Realms subscription renewing but realm itself expires - requires fresh subscription to play causing double billing

I have one that shows expired as well. Is there somewhere that I can turn on the auto-renew? I can see the Realms subscription in the playstation.com account, but it shows expired as of 12/4/21. Where can I re-activate it?
