Depending on the error message that you get, in the meantime, with this, you may want to remove and re-add your payment method and if it doesn't work, you can try adding a new payment method and ensure that you contact your bank to allow online transactions as some backs may block this feature.

i payed for Xbox live for 3 months 1 month ago. i then payed for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate i cancelled the game pass and it cancelled my Xbox Live as well. it shouldn't cancelled the Xbox live as well

Hi I'm an Xbox ambassador, not employed by Xbox or Microsoft.

From my own personal experience I have learned that an ultimate subscription works differently on PC compared to Xbox. I'm not sure if you both are paying for ultimate but on PC only the account paying for the subscription gets to use the subscription. For example if I am paying for a ultimate subscription and have two accounts only the account paying for the subscription will be recognized as being a Game pass Ultimate Subscriber, the second account will just be seen as a regular user without a subscription.

My physical country different,because for some reason xbox don't have my country in the list... I'm from Lithuania,my Xbox registered in Germany. Pay same way as others,I'm european citizen. If I have less rights,then maybe I should pay less for Game Pass Ultimate?
