Any update on how to unlink a Microsoft account from Minecraft? Logged into it on an old email on my PS5 and it's linked to a friend's Xbox account from about 15 years ago. Unfortunately, it is not possible to unlink the account via the Microsoft once it has been linked. Also keep in mind that only one Microsoft account can be linked to a PSN account.

You can unlink it, but you won't be able to link a new one, only the one that was already linked. To link a new Microsoft account, you need a new PSN account.

In this case, I recommend that you contact PlayStation Support to ask which Microsoft account your PS account is linked to, as only they have this information and see if they can help;

So I'm trying to log into minecraft on the PS5, but I no longer have access to the Microsoft account that was associated with it as it's been deleted. Is there anyway to remove it so I can link another microsoft account?

Even if you could unlink the account you wouldnt be able to link a different account.

Note: Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation® account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation™ Network account can be associated with a different account. 

If you choose to unlink accounts, then purchases will be returned to the account which made the purchase. Even after unlinking, Microsoft and PlayStation® accounts can only be re-linked to the original account.
