How can i get further support for my Forza account?

Hello,

I was recently banned from Forza Horizon 5, and while I understand what I was accused of, I have not been given any explanation of the specific criteria or evidence used to justify the enforcement.

I have already contacted Forza/Turn 10 Support, but they only provided generic responses and refused to clarify the basis of their decision. When I tried to follow up, I was warned that further inquiries could result in a ban from support itself.

My Question:

Since I am unable to get a clear answer through standard support channels, how can I request an explanation of the exact criteria used to evaluate my case?

I am not asking for my ban to be removed—I just want transparency regarding how it was determined and what specific data was used in the decision-making process.

Is there any official way to obtain this information?

If you have already submitted an appeal and received only generic responses, it is likely that their decision is final. You may want to review their Code of Conduct, as no one in this forum can provide further details on the enforcement decision.

Hello Amlam,

The only way to reach Enforcement is through the case review. Once they review and make a decision that would be final unfortunately. They used to have a phone to contact but they were getting harassed to much so they ended that way of communication. I will
go ahead lock the thread as there is nothing more forums is able to do at this time.

Currently the enforcemnet team only give you one time case review so if they have rejected it then nothing else can be done.

Unfortunately outside of a case review I don't believe there's any other course of action. I understand it can very frustrating especially when you feel it was an unjust suspension.
