Why can I not launch my games?

I don't know why, but the error disapear and I can launch my game

Let's try the solutions below.

Please go to "This PC" and open the drive where you wanted to install your games. For example "C drive".
Look for "WindowsApps" folder then rename it to "WindowsApps.old". Once done, restart your PC.

If that doesn't work, try to rename the "WpSystem" folder to "WpSystem.old" and restart again.

Let me know if that works.

Don't forget to check for Windows updates and get all available updates from the Microsoft Store.

Please, follow these steps, this should fix the issue:

Press the Windows Key + X on your Keyboard and Select "Terminal (Administrator)" from the menu and confirm it by clicking "Yes".

Once the terminal Window is open, copy the command below and paste it on the Window, then press ENTER. (Select the Text and press CTRL Key + C then switch to the terminal Window and press CTRL Key + V)

Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_. InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Once it's complete, restart your PC and try to download a game from the Xbox App.

But why can i buy the games on smartglass with my Gamertag on Switzerland?

The real Problem is no Preload in Switzerland, then Sunset Overdrive and CoD Advanced Warfare will be avaiable at Launch in Switzerland.

But why let Microsoft people in Switzerland dont preload the Games?

I can set my Xbox One on Austria and Download the Games with my Switzerland Gamertag, but this should not be normal. Normal should be Preload my Games on Xbox One with setting Switzerland.

Can anyone tell me why none of my games will launch? I can sign in to my account, but say sorry service isn't working right now and check xbox service status Xbox status says gaming is working but mine isnt. Any help?
