I am experiencing an issue while attempting to load Fortnite on Xbox Cloud Gaming via my mobile device. The game has been stuck on the "Getting your game ready" screen for the past 20 minutes. While I have encountered similar situations in the past, they typically resolve after refreshing the game. Currently, the loading process only progresses to the "Launching your game" stage. I have also attempted to restart my phone, but the problem persists. This ongoing issue is quite frustrating and is preventing me from enjoying the game. I would greatly appreciate any assistance or solutions you could provide to resolve this matter. Thank you.

You can use your account balance to purchase games on the store, but, you also need to have a registered payment method, in case the balance is not enough to cover the price of the game you are purchasing.

On your console, please follow these steps to add a payment method:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.

Select Payment options.

Select Add a new payment method.

Choose a payment option, and then follow the instructions to add or update your payment option.

The Game Pass Ultimate subscription enables you to play online.

Please, change your connection DNS.

Follow these steps:

Go to Profile and System > Settings

In the Settings menu, select General > Network settings.

Select the network you're connected to, then select Advanced settings > Manual

On the DNS field, input these:

Primary: 8.8.8.8

Secondary: 8.8.4.4

Save settings.

If it still does not work, please, if you know how to do it, make a Wi-Fi hotspot router on your phone and connect to it.

That way we can isolate the issue, by testing another internet connection, using your mobile data plan.
