Its telling me a microsoft account is connected to my ps4 when its not and i cant log into...

Its not linked i want to connect to a server but it tells me to connect my microsoft account

I ha e never been asked to log into minecraft as its on the ps4. The remote connect login page doesn't show any gamer tag. Only asks you for your Microsoft login details. Email and password. I've downloaded the xbox app and logged in with the same details
to check and it's the correct account for when I had an xbox. But when using the same details on the remote connect for ps4 minecraft, it's logging me in with a completely different gamer tag and gamer tag picture.

To add to the issue I've logged out of that account on minecraft on the ps4 and tried again using remote connect on the laptop (to see if there's some issue with logging on with my phone) and after entering my email address and password, the ps4 minecraft
says that it will not log in with these details as I've already logged in with the gamer tag I don't recognise. It let's you sign out but it says I can only use that a account.

yes i can log into it, on xbox.com though i can log in right? but then when i click the my account thing it says glitch in the sytem with the shrugging avatar still.

I still cant get into xbox live from my xbox because it asks for a parental pass......i still cant accept the terms either on the microsoft site becasue when i log in its all good until i click accept then it just sends me back to log in. To be truthfull
its quite frustrating.....

I got on my ps4 today and Minecraft started to update. I let it do its thing, and when I tried logging in to my Microsoft account through the button that says "log in for free!" I logged in to my microsoft on my computer and I pressed the button
again and this pops up on my PS4: "Failed to login" "We tried to sign you in to your Microsoft Account, but somthing went wrong." I don't know what's wrong but if someone could help me that would be much appreciated. Thanks!
