    I was on my Xbox the other day playing a game as you do, I then get a notice that I had been suspended, I didn’t know what I did so I then went to the enforcement history website to see what happen. I had been suspended because of my profile picture, my profile picture had nothing wrong with it, so I check my profile picture and it has been changed to the profile picture I had on my old Xbox 360. A while back me and my friend set up my old Xbox 360 to play some Lego marvel avengers for nostalgic reasons and we also changed my profile picture to an anime girl (a profile picture that Xbox had in the system) as a complete joke and a few days ago I had set it up again to play some of my old games so I had to log into my account again which had that anime profile picture. The next day as I said I get suspended for my profile picture which had changed to the anime girl for some reason I didn’t even change the profile picture so Bassicaly I my account has been suspended for something that was out of my control. I then submitted a case review about it and it got denied but I don’t understand why. I just really don’t want the permanent strikes on my account which by the way is 2/8 I had none before this. Does anybody know what I can do about this?

    Account Suspension Glitch?

    Well as best as I can tell, after following the information on how to submit a case review, I don’t have any record of a case in the last 12 months and therefore can’t request a review. I don’t believe I have a case and haven’t been suspended for anything in the last 12 months to my knowledge, however everytime I sign into the Xbox Game Pass Mobile App on my iPhone, it tells me my account has been suspended. I then follow the link and it doesn’t show me a record of suspensions or cases, and I can still play Xbox Live. So I wasn’t confused so much about the process of fixing a suspension so much as I was wondering if the Xbox Game Pass Mobile App was just bugged and I should disregard the notices as a developer bug or something.

    Hey Smwutches i am aware you cannot case review a console ban but a account suspension you can. His account may have been suspended as well if he checks the website he could tell if it has been suspended he would be eligible to case review for his account.
    The ErelBasak account he is using too write on the forums seems it hasn't been on Xbox live long enough too receive a console ban. This is an assumption.
