    After multiple tries, my online friends and I are still recieving the same prompt when attempting to purchase either kind of realm on Xbox One: “Unable to connect to Realms and complete your purchase at this time. Please try again later.” Is this issue
    unrelated? How’s that service fix going?

    Sorry to hear that you have troubles with this, have you tried to log in from Edge browser? If not please try this and after that try to log again in the game, if you are unable, please share the error message and a screenshot if possible

    Child Accounts not working with Minecraft Realms on XBOX ONE

    90% of the time when my wife tries to join my realm it says "We are unable to connect to Realms right now. We will try again soon."

    I can play her account from my Windows 10 machine and it joins realms just fine. It just doesn't work on the XBox One.

    The main "home" account on the Xbox One has a Gold subscription. I'm not sure why this is happening.
