    Hi a bought a forza horizon game premuim edition around more then a year ago i had my account that i have spend 250+ hours on now when i launch the game it is a new account and it starts me the game like its my first time logging in i i want to have my stuff and account and cars back please thank you.

    I have checked it, it is not my hardware and driver problem.

    This problem will only occur if the xbox app is connected to the Internet.

    This problem makes forza horizon 4 no way to play online mode.

    If there is really no way to solve it, can I refund the Forza horizon 4 Ultimate Edition?

    Forza Horizon DLC Version "Disc unreadable error"

    Hi, it could be that that part of the game is installed on a bad sector of your hard drive. What you need to do is delete Forza Horizon, then download some demos to approx the same size of Forza Horizon. Once they have downloaded, then redownload Forza
    Horizon. That way the Forza is on a different part of the Hard Drive, and hopefully your problem will be fixed.
